    Basic Configuration

    • Fully automated operation: seamlessly integrated with upstream and downstream equipment for automatic bag loading, shaping, and discharging, with no manual intervention required.
    • Self-diagnosis of faults: Supports alarms for photoelectric height-sensing failure, conveyor timeout, emergency stop, and other conditions; alarm history is queryable to guide maintenance.
    • Safety Protection: Equipped with safety guard nets, forklift collision buffers, and emergency stop switches to ensure operational and equipment safety.
    • Adjustable parameters: The touchscreen allows setting shaping pressure, speed, and time to accommodate ton bags of different specifications.
