A dedicated integrated vacuum extraction and heat-sealing system for ton-bag openings, which simultaneously evacuates the interior of the ton bag to remove oxygen and seals the bag opening via heat sealing. This effectively prevents moisture absorption, oxidation, and powder re-agglomeration, with specialized design features tailored to the highly hygroscopic and oxidizable characteristics of ultrafine lithium-ion battery powders and chemical powders. The cabinet-style model is the flagship product, featuring a fully sealed cabinet for vacuum extraction with an ultimate vacuum level exceeding –80 kPa. It employs dual-zone, double-sided heating with adjustable temperature and time settings, displayed in real time on a touch screen. The lithium-ion battery–specific version incorporates a filter cartridge with reverse-air blowing and secondary filtration to prevent material from being drawn out during the process. The entire operation is one-touch, seamlessly integrated with a PLC control system for high automation.

Lithium-battery-specific configuration
Filter cartridge back-blowing system, titanium alloy secondary filtration exhaust port, copper- and zinc-free heating elements, and a fully stainless steel 304 body.
Main Functions
- Vacuum pumping: internal chamber / duck-bill vacuum extraction, effectively removing air from the ton bag to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation of the material;
- Precision heat sealing: dual-seal, double-sided heating with adjustable temperature and time; thermocouple-based precise temperature control ensures a secure, leak-proof seal.
- One-touch operation: automatic bag sealing, vacuuming, heat sealing, degassing, and clamp release—fully automated throughout the entire process.
- Lithium-battery-specific design: reverse-air cleaning of the filter element combined with two-stage filtration to prevent ultrafine powder from being drawn away, resulting in an extremely low material loss rate; copper- and zinc-free materials to meet the high-purity requirements of lithium batteries.
- Easy maintenance: adhesive high-temperature fabric that can be quickly replaced when damaged, with no need for specialized tools.
- Interlocked Operation: Automatically triggers the bag-sealing process upon arrival of the ton bag on the re-inspection conveyor line;
