The vertical screw degassing packaging machine features a vertical screw with variable-frequency feeding combined with a negative-pressure degassing system. During the screw-driven material conveyance, a negative-pressure micro-porous tube extracts air from the material, while a bottom-mounted vibration platform and pneumatic cylinder-assisted bag-flipping mechanism further enhance mechanical degassing. This dual-stage degassing process delivers high efficiency, increasing the bulk density of the packaged material by 30%–50%. The equipment is primarily designed for gravimetric weighing and metering, and comes standard with air-bag bag clamping, automatic hook release, a standalone dust collector, and a negative-pressure degassing system. A lithium-battery-specific version incorporates copper- and zinc-free materials, anti-adhesion treatment, and corrosion-resistant coatings, making it suitable for ultra-high-air-content powders such as lithium-ion battery cathode and anode materials and carbon powder. After packaging, the ton bags maintain a neat, uniform shape with no bulging.

    The degassing packaging machine is a specialized equipment designed for high-air-content, fluffy powders. It is available in two configurations: vertical-screw degassing and horizontal-screw degassing. By integrating screw feeding with mechanical or vacuum-based degassing, this machine effectively removes entrapped air from the material, increases bulk density, and prevents ton bags from bulging or collapsing during transport. It is a core solution for packaging high-air-content powders in the lithium-battery and chemical industries.
