Product Introduction
The 1,000 kg powder packaging machine is specifically designed for bagging granular or powdered materials in large bags ranging from 100 kg to 1,000 kg. It features high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, robust reliability, and comprehensive functionality, making it suitable for a wide range of industries, including feed, grain, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, non-metallic minerals, fine chemicals, inorganic salts, rubber and plastics, leather, and fertilizers.

Main Functions
● Automatic completion of material packaging control functions, integrating weight display, packaging sequencing, process interlocks, and fault alarms into a single system;
● Features automatic storage and restoration (copying) of debugging parameters;
● Automatically stores the control parameters for ten different package weights, as well as the shift-level cumulative production volume and cumulative number of packages for each weight, along with the total production volume and total number of packages.
● Adopts a gravity-fed or helical dual-feed system for both large and small materials, enhancing operational accuracy and speed;
● High-brightness fluorescent dual-row display that shows packaging weight, cumulative output, and number of packages in real time;
● Adjustable automatic peeling cycle function, tamping function, keyboard encryption function, data encryption function, and clock display function;
● Equipped with standard RS232 and RS485 interfaces for connection to computers and microprinters. When connected to a computer, the instrument can print production data summary reports.
