An automated top-over wrapping and protective equipment specifically designed for cartons on pallets after small-bag packing, which automatically applies top-over stretch wrap to palletized cartons to effectively prevent moisture damage, breakage, and scattering during storage and transportation. The system is available in two configurations—pure top-over wrapping and automatic sleeve wrapping—to meet varying protection requirements. It features photoelectric sensors that automatically detect the palletizing height, frequency-conversion speed control for the turntable and film holder lifting, and freely adjustable settings for the number of wrap layers and wrapping cycles. The film is severed by hot-melt cutting, and the trailing film is automatically heat-sealed to the product to prevent loosening. With the exception of film-roll changes, the entire process operates fully automatically and can be seamlessly integrated with upstream palletizing machines.

Main Functions
Automated Protection: The entire wrapping process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention except for film replacement; Intelligent Sensing: Photoelectric sensors automatically detect pallet height and adjust the wrapping stroke accordingly; Adjustable Parameters: Rotational speed of the turntable, lifting speed of the film holder, and number of wrapping layers/turns can all be freely set; High Pre-Stretch: The film holder can achieve up to 200% pre-stretch, reducing film consumption and lowering packaging costs; Secure Film Breakage: Heat-seal film breakage combined with tail-film welding prevents the wrap from loosening, ensuring excellent protection; Line Integration: Seamless integration with palletizers—once palletizing is complete, the wrapping sequence is automatically initiated.
