The intelligent logistics and warehousing support system for small-bag packaging lines encompasses RGV/AGV transfer solutions and a dedicated automated high-bay warehouse for small bags, enabling automated pallet transfer and smart warehousing of pallets after small-bag boxing. The RGV/AGV transfer equipment can perform precise point-to-point pallet transport in accordance with the workshop layout, seamlessly integrating with stretch-wrapper machines and the high-bay warehouse. The high-bay warehouse features a compact-to-medium-sized high-rack design tailored to the storage needs of pallets post-boxing, equipped with a small stacker crane and a WMS warehouse management system that interfaces with MES and DCS systems to achieve integrated production–warehouse data management. The entire operation is fully automated, enhancing transfer efficiency and maximizing warehouse space utilization.
