The core automated palletizing equipment for the downstream stage of small-bag packaging lines is specifically designed to handle 25 kg cartons used for packing small bags. Featuring an articulated robotic arm, it enables fully automated handling—from automatic carton picking and transport after sealing to palletizing—without any human intervention. Palletizing patterns and stack heights can be freely configured via a touch screen, accommodating a wide range of pallet and carton specifications. The system is equipped with pallet-in-place detection and full-stack alarm functions, and can seamlessly integrate with upstream case-sealing machines and downstream stretch-wrapper systems. With precise positioning and stable operation, this complete solution significantly reduces labor costs in the downstream palletizing process.
