The core equipment for secondary weight inspection on small-bag packaging lines, specifically designed for 25 kg bags, is available in two configurations—top-opening and front-opening—to accommodate different line layout requirements. The system utilizes high-precision weighing sensors from METTLER TOLEDO and features weight-error feedback signals. After packaged bags are automatically conveyed to the re-inspection station, they undergo rapid and accurate weighing; if the weight falls outside the specified tolerance, an audible and visual alarm is immediately triggered, and the signal is relayed to the PLC system. Qualified products are then automatically conveyed to downstream processes. The conveyor section employs food-grade PVC belts, while the entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel, ensuring dust-proof performance and ease of cleaning—making it well-suited to the stringent hygiene requirements of multiple industries.
