This integrated vacuum-pumping and heat-sealing machine is specifically designed for 25 kg small bags, enabling internal vacuum degassing and bag-mouth heat sealing to effectively prevent moisture absorption, oxidation, and powder reversion. It is available in three configurations: external-pump type, box-type with automatic conveying, and box-type with manual door opening, catering to diverse small-bag packaging needs across varying levels of automation and production environments. The entire system features dual-channel, double-sided heating with adjustable temperature and time settings; thermocouples ensure precise temperature control and real-time display on the touch screen. The sealing area is equipped with a replaceable high-temperature adhesive pad for easy maintenance. A dust-proof design is incorporated for lithium-battery applications, while food- and pharmaceutical-grade models meet stringent hygiene requirements. The machine can be seamlessly integrated with upstream packaging equipment and checkweighers.
