This automated bag-emptying and reshaping equipment is specifically designed for 25 kg small bags. As an auxiliary process unit following secondary inspection of the bags, it automatically flips, pats, and reshapes the bags to ensure uniform material distribution and a regular bag shape, thereby preventing bulging or material偏shift and facilitating subsequent boxing and palletizing operations. The equipment features a pneumatic-patting-and-roller-flipping mechanism with adjustable flipping angles and patting force, making it suitable for reshaping small bags made of various materials and containing different types of contents. The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel, with a compact footprint that seamlessly integrates into the production line. Its operating speed is synchronized with upstream equipment, enabling full-process automation.
