The automated reject removal system for nonconforming products on the small-bag packaging line is interlocked with the preceding small-bag re-inspection scale. When the re-inspection scale detects nonconforming bags—such as those with weight deviations or package damage—it transmits a real-time signal to the reject removal unit. Upon arrival at the reject station, the pneumatic pusher mechanism automatically conveys the nonconforming bags to the defect collection area, while conforming products continue along the production line to the downstream boxing process.

    The automated reject removal system for nonconforming pouches on the pouch packaging line is interlocked with the upstream pouch re-inspection scale. When the re-inspection scale detects nonconforming pouches—such as those with weight deviations or package damage—it transmits a real-time signal to the reject mechanism. Once the pouch reaches the reject station, the pneumatic pusher mechanism automatically conveys the defective item to the reject collection area, while conforming products continue along the production line to the downstream boxing process. The reject mechanism is equipped with high-precision positioning sensors to ensure zero missed or false rejections, and its push force is adjustable to prevent damage to the pouches. The entire unit is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel and can be customized to deliver rejects on either the left or right side, depending on the layout of the production line.
