The core automated bag-loading equipment for small-bag packaging lines is specifically designed for standard 25 kg small bags. It enables fully automated processing of empty bags, including automatic storage, feeding, opening, and bagging onto the discharge chute of the packaging machine—all without any manual intervention. The system employs a vacuum-suction bag-opening mechanism paired with servo-motor-driven precision positioning, making it compatible with a wide range of small-bag materials, such as PE composite bags and aluminum foil bags. Its compact design ensures seamless integration with the small-bag packaging machine, and it is equipped with bag-missing alarms and misalignment detection during bagging, effectively enhancing the level of automation in small-bag packaging.
