III. Working Principle (Taking a Small Bag as an Example)

Bagged materials are fed into a sealed box by a conveyor → fixed by a pneumatic bag clamp → the bag is cut open by a high-speed rotating blade → the material is screened by a drum screen and falls into a hopper → the bag is beaten by a vibrating device to reduce residue → the empty bag is discharged to a collection box → the whole process is negative pressure dust removal, and dust does not overflow.
