The ZZL-50-FSN ammonium carbonate packaging machine is a dual-scale net-weight packaging system that integrates weighing and packaging functions.
This equipment is specifically designed for the packaging of ammonium carbonate, particularly wet‑process ammonium carbonate, effectively addressing technical challenges such as poor material flowability, high moisture content, and severe corrosivity.
Unlike conventional packaging equipment, this machine enables automated, precise dosing and packaging of wet ammonium salts and ammonium carbonate‑based materials.

A ton-bag packaging machine, also known as a bulk-bag packaging machine, big-bag packaging machine, or FIBC bag-filling equipment, is primarily used to meter and fill powdery, granular, and lump materials into flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 kg, enabling integrated, automated operations for weighing, filling, bag discharge, and dust collection in an environmentally friendly manner. It is typically installed at the downstream end of pneumatic conveying and batching/mixing systems, serving as standard discharge and packaging equipment for the powder, chemical, building materials, new energy, and grain industries.

This equipment integrates secondary weight re-inspection with automated material conveyance and serves as the core component of packaging quality inspection. Once a ton bag is fully packaged, it is conveyed to this station, where its weight is measured using a high-precision weighing sensor from METTLER TOLEDO. The system provides real-time weight deviation feedback; non-conforming products trigger an immediate audible and visual alarm and automatically initiate a machine shutdown.

A vertical grid-style automatic baling system specially designed for ton bags, which performs four vertical strapping operations to prevent loosening and damage during transportation and storage. The bags are automatically conveyed to a rotary table, where the equipment automatically threads the strapping tape, tightens it, heat-seals the ends, and cuts the excess—after which the rotary table rotates 90° in sequence to complete the four-grid bale. The entire process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention.
