Product Description
A vertical, grid-pattern automatic baling system specially designed for ton bags, which performs four vertical strapping operations to prevent loosening and damage during transportation and storage. The bags are automatically conveyed to a rotary table, where the system automatically threads the strapping tape, tightens it, seals the ends by heat fusion, and cuts the excess. The rotary table then rotates sequentially by 90° to complete the four-strand grid-style baling. The entire process is fully automated with no manual intervention required. Strapping tension is adjustable, each strapping cycle takes only 20 seconds, resulting in high packaging efficiency. The main frame is constructed from carbon steel with a powder-coated, rust-resistant finish, while the parts that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel. The equipment is equipped with comprehensive safety protection and alarm systems and supports integration with DCS systems.

Basic Configuration
Carbon steel frame with powder coating, 304 stainless steel roller conveyor table, electric rotary table, sword-piercing mechanism, strapping tensioning/fusing/cutting module, variable-frequency drive motor, tension adjustment module, Siemens PLC, operator panel, emergency stop switch, and audible–visual alarm system.

- Intelligent Control: PLC-programmed control, precise positioning of the rotary table, and adjustable packaging parameters;
- Safety Protection: Equipped with an emergency stop switch and a hand-protecting device, with audible and visual alarms for abnormal conditions during the packaging process;
- Line integration: After packaging is completed, the product is automatically conveyed to the subsequent top-sealing and film-wrapping station.
