This automated case-sealing equipment for the downstream stage of small-bag packaging lines is specifically designed to handle standard 25 kg paper cartons used for small-bag packing. It features a synchronized top-and-bottom tape sealing mechanism that enables automatic carton positioning, sealing, and conveying, ensuring smooth, secure sealing with no missed or skewed seals. The sealing height and width can be continuously adjusted to match various carton specifications, making the system compatible with a wide range of standard carton sizes.
A vertical grid-style automatic baling system specially designed for ton bags, which performs four vertical strapping operations to prevent loosening and damage during transportation and storage. The bags are automatically conveyed to a rotary table, where the equipment automatically threads the strapping tape, tightens it, heat-seals the ends, and cuts the excess—after which the rotary table rotates 90° in sequence to complete the four-grid bale. The entire process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention.

An automated top-over wrapping and protective equipment specifically designed for carton pallets after small-bag packaging, which automatically applies top-over stretch film to wrapped cartons following palletizing. This effectively prevents cartons from getting damp, damaged, or scattering during storage and transportation. The system is available in two models—pure top-over stretch film wrapping and automatic sleeve wrapping—to meet varying protection requirements.
