A ton-bag packaging machine, also known as a bulk-bag packaging machine, big-bag packaging machine, or FIBC bag-filling equipment, is primarily used to meter and fill powdery, granular, and lump materials into flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 kg, enabling integrated, automated operations for weighing, filling, bag discharge, and dust collection in an environmentally friendly manner. It is typically installed at the downstream end of pneumatic conveying and batching/mixing systems, serving as standard discharge and packaging equipment for the powder, chemical, building materials, new energy, and grain industries.

The automated reject removal system for nonconforming products on the small-bag packaging line is interlocked with the preceding small-bag re-inspection scale. When the re-inspection scale detects nonconforming bags—such as those with weight deviations or package damage—it transmits a real-time signal to the reject removal unit. Upon arrival at the reject station, the pneumatic pusher mechanism automatically conveys the nonconforming bags to the defect collection area, while conforming products continue along the production line to the downstream boxing process.

The Satisfied Packaging small-bag packaging production line covers the entire process—from material storage and quantitative feeding, to automatic bagging, weighing and packaging, vacuum heat sealing, weight re-inspection, bag overturning and shaping, and rejection of non-conforming products—through to cartoning and case sealing, palletizing and stretch wrapping, intelligent transfer, and automated three-dimensional warehousing. It is widely used to meet small-bag packaging needs in sectors such as new-energy lithium-battery materials, the chemical industry, the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and the rubber and plastics industries.

This equipment integrates secondary weight re-inspection with automated material conveyance and serves as the core component of packaging quality inspection. Once a ton bag is fully packaged, it is conveyed to this station, where its weight is measured using a high-precision weighing sensor from METTLER TOLEDO. The system provides real-time weight deviation feedback; non-conforming products trigger an immediate audible and visual alarm and automatically initiate a machine shutdown.
