This specialized equipment is designed for automatic horizontal strapping of the waist of ton bags, enabling 1–2 horizontal straps to be applied to prevent material slippage and layering during transportation. It employs mechanical sword-piercing strapping combined with thermal friction welding, with adjustable strap tension. The strapping speed is ≤25 seconds per strap, achieving a packaging capacity of up to 25 tons per hour. The main frame is constructed from carbon steel with a powder-coated finish, while the material-contact components are made of 304 stainless steel. The system supports external-signal-triggered strapping and can be integrated with DCS systems. Strapping configurations can be customized according to ton-bag specifications to meet the high-speed packaging requirements of automated production lines.
