The unit's core drive system consists of a PLC, servo system, pneumatic control system, and human-machine interface touch screen, capable of performing multiple functions such as counting, date printing, nitrogen filling (venting), and finished product conveying during weighing and bag making and packaging.
4. Setting and modifying material packaging parameters are all done through the touch screen. The touch screen can store packaging parameters for 10 different products, which can be recalled at any time when changing products without resetting.
5. This unit can produce pillow bags, corner bags, tote bags, perforated bags, and multi-pack packaging according to customer needs.
6. Optional equipment: A variety of equipment can be freely selected; (feeder, dust removal system, conveyor, metal detector, out-of-tolerance sorting machine, etc.)
