Fully automated pallet storage and intelligent conveying equipment provides an automated pallet-loading solution for ton-bag packaging, enabling layered pallet storage, automatic pallet separation, and precise delivery to the packaging station—all without any manual intervention. The system is equipped with features such as pallet limiters, low-material alarms, and misalignment detection.
The automatic bag-opening machine is an integrated automated system that combines bagged-material conveying, electric bag-cutting, screening and conveying, enclosed dust collection, and waste-bag collection. It is primarily used for opening bagged materials—typically in 20–50 kg sizes—and can handle a wide range of bulk materials, including powders, granules, and small chunks; it is even capable of processing paste-like materials with high gas content and high moisture levels.
The core automated bag-loading equipment for small-bag packaging lines is specifically designed for standard 25 kg small bags. It enables fully automated processing, including automatic storage of empty bags, material feeding, bag opening, bag fitting over the discharge chute of the packaging machine, and seamless integration with the packaging unit. This equipment is compatible with a variety of small-bag materials, such as PE composite bags and aluminum foil bags, effectively enhancing the level of automation in small-bag packaging.
