Product Description
This is an invention patent of our company. The equipment consists of a manual bag‑putting station, a bag‑clamping and lifting mechanism, a vertical screw conveyor, a vertical bag‑conveying system, a dust‑removal system, and a control system. The entire process is equipped with positive‑pressure and negative‑pressure monitoring systems, and is intelligently controlled by a PLC and photoelectric sensors, with built-in detection and alarm functions. This ensures stable, reliable, and continuous operation throughout the process.
The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel. The packaging scale employs a vertical feeder for forced feeding, which is connected to the upper hopper via a mounting flange. It primarily consists of an auger, a cut-off valve, an electric motor, and a transmission assembly. The feeding mechanism controls the feed rate by starting and stopping the auger at different pitch sections. Feeding is divided into fast and slow modes: fast feeding increases the system’s packaging throughput, while slow feeding ensures reliable accuracy. A pneumatic cut-off valve is installed at the outlet of the screw feeder to enhance control over material discharge, preventing excess material from falling and compromising packaging precision when feeding is halted.
This packaging machine is suitable for packaging fine powders, enabling dust-free operations in the packaging workshop, and delivers exceptionally high weighing accuracy.
