The automated top-covering and full-wrap film application equipment for ton bags serves as the final protective packaging step in the storage and transportation of ton bags. With the exception of replacing the film roll, the entire process operates fully automatically. Photoelectric sensors are used to automatically detect the height of the ton bag, while the turntable and film holder feature variable-frequency speed control. The number of wrapping layers and wrapping cycles can be freely set, and the film is severed by thermal melting. The trailing film is automatically heat-sealed to the product to prevent loosening. The equipment is available in three configurations: pure top-covering, automatic full-wrap, and manual wrapping.
The horizontal screw degassing packaging machine features a triple-degassing system comprising large- and small-diameter horizontal screw feeding, mechanical extrusion degassing, and vacuum-assisted degassing. After coarse feeding by the large screw, the material is mechanically compressed by an extrusion plate to expel most of the entrapped air; during fine feeding by the small screw, a vacuum system further removes residual air. Finally, strong bottom vibration combined with cylinder-driven bag-shaking compaction ensures superior degassing performance compared with vertical-screw models, making it ideal for ultra-high-air-content, highly fluffy powder materials. The equipment emphasizes gravimetric weighing and metering, and comes standard with air-bag bag clamping, automatic hook release, dual dust collectors, and a triple-degassing system. The lithium-battery-specific version is tailored for core lithium-battery materials such as lithium iron phosphate and graphite powder, producing densely packed ton bags that can be directly stacked and palletized, seamlessly integrating with automated packaging lines.
The 1,000 kg powder packaging machine is specifically designed for bagging granular or powdered materials in large bags ranging from 100 kg to 1,000 kg. It features high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, robust reliability, and comprehensive functionality, making it suitable for a wide range of industries, including feed, grain, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, non-metallic minerals, fine chemicals, inorganic salts, rubber and plastics, leather, and fertilizers.
The ZZL-50-FDM computer-controlled quantitative packaging machine is specifically designed for powdery materials with poor flowability.
